Data we collect

We collect account details, profile information, sailing school access requests, course listing data, seat requests, and basic login history needed to operate the marketplace.

How we use it

We use this data to show course listings, let students request seats, let approved schools manage listings, support school approval, and keep an operational record of important actions.

Sharing

When a student requests a seat, relevant contact and request details are shared with the sailing school so the school can confirm availability and payment directly. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

To request access, correction, or deletion of your data, email YachtingCourses@yachtinglabs.com. Some operational records may need to be retained where legally or practically required.
